COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I add my first website?

Create or choose an organization, add your website during onboarding, and complete the available channel connections. OneGrowth will use that project as the scope for audits, keywords, reports, and visibility data.

Why is a report or dashboard missing data?

Check that the correct project is selected and that its required connection is active. Newly connected sources can also need time to return their first complete data set.

Can my team work in the same organization?

Yes. Use the Team settings in your dashboard to manage organization access. Projects, reports, and connected channels remain scoped to the selected organization.
